Once selected, the candidates undergo rigorous training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie. The training program is designed to equip the officers with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle the diverse challenges of the administrative services.
The training includes classroom sessions, field visits, and practical exercises. The officers are trained in various subjects such as public administration, law, economics, and management. They also receive training in leadership, decision-making, and crisis management.
